What is Cross-Fit?
If I have to explain in one line- then Cross-fit, I will say Cross fit in nothing but Cardio with weight training.
Is it for me?
Yes, its for everyone who’s interested, If you are starting today, you will first join beginner classes, then the intensity of the programme changes based on your capacity.
Do I need to follow diet programme?
Yes, a diet plan needs to be followed along with crossfit. The diet plan should include more proteins, vegetables, fruits and less amount of starch.
When is the right time to start Cross-Fit?
Right now, but you cannot jump instantly into the advanced programme of cross-fit. Initially, you need to develop flexibility and strength with beginners course.
FUN FACT- ZUMBA was created by BETO parez in 90’s when he forgot his workout music for a class.
What is ZUMBA?
Basically Zumba is aerobics with number of dance forms mixed like salsa, bhangra, chachacha, rigatoni,sambi, Kumbla etc. Zumba is basically cardio with a twist.
Is it for me?
Yes, it can be done by anyone in any age for remaining physically active. IT basically increases flexibility.
Do I need to follow diet program?
Your diet should always be more towards a balanced side. though ZUMBA specifically doesn’t ask for it. Follow us to know more about a balanced diet.
When is the right time to start Zumba?
Right now, don’t think about about it, start it, there are number of online youtube channels also for everyone to know about and follow Zumba. A group of friends will always be perfect for Zumba practice.
